Dr. Chang is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois where she attained her Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science degrees. She is also a graduate of University of Waterloo in Bachelor of Science Honours Kinesiology Co-op.

Shannon graduated in 2009 from The Canadian Therapeutic Collage and since that time has had the privilege of working in many different atmospheres including spas, chiropractic clinics as well as high performance athletic programs.
